In December of 2016, Harbour Retail acquired this 3.1 acres site located near downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Developed into the Ivy Market, this shopping center is anchored by a 23,800 square foot Earth Fare, including plans for an additional 7,000 square feet of shop space. The entire project is a portion of a larger development that will see the addition of Walgreens, Carillion Clinic and Mellow Mushroom. In February of 2019, Harbour Retail sold this property.
