In August of 2013, Harbour Retail Partners purchased Rivoli Crossing under a joint venture partnership with Coro Realty Advisors. Located in Macon, Georgia, this 95,977 SF shopping center is dually anchored by The Fresh Market and Stein Mart. In 2016, Harbour Retail also acquired the outparcel and leased to Planters First Bank. The 200 building saw a recent remodel and is in discussions with various regional and national tenants.
