Originally operating as two shopping centers, Harbour Retail Partners purchased The Shops at Towne Lake and Towne Lake Center in June of 2016. HRP redeveloped the center to include a 29,000 square foot Sprouts Farmers Market. Remaining tenants include Tuesday Morning, Cold Stone Creamery, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Suntrust Bank. HRP sold this property in January 2018.
