In partnership with Crosland Southeast, Harbour Retail Partners is co-developing a 68,000 sf Publix anchored neighborhood center in Rolesville NC. The center will include approximately 21,000 sf of shop space and three out-parcels. The partnership expects to start construction Summer 2022 and deliver Summer 2023. The project is part of the partnership’s 78 acre master planned project in the heart of Rolesville along Main Street and comprised of 10 subdivided parcels. In addition to the Publix center, future phases will include 75,000 sf of retail, restaurant, personal services, fitness space, medical space, office space, and 140 townhomes.
